Apply colour by purpose

Use UJ Orange for key actions, highlights and active states. Use semantic surface, text, border and status tokens for all interface roles.

Protect meaning and readability

• Do not rely on colour alone to communicate state.
• Test approved foreground and background pairs in light, dark and forced-colour modes.
• Do not add application colour literals that are absent from the approved token release.
